This week I focused solely on modeling. I created the main character's handgun model and I modeled all the pieces for one of our enemy characters.
So lets start with the enemy model:
The enemy model is modeled after this sketch I made a few weeks earlier. From this picture, I went to Maya and tried my best to model it to look the same as the picture.

It still needs to be UV'd and rigged, but all in all, the model has all of its bits and pieces. Besides this there is also the handgun model (which has all of its pieces and is UV'd):
The handgun model is broken up into three major pieces: The Barrels, the brace, and the compensator. The model itself isn't really super complicated, but I did try to add enough details to make it both simplistic yet detailed at the same time. With the bottom barrel, that one is different and that is because we are considering utilizing an alternate fire that players can use.
